Practice Details- Hematology/Oncology position within a collegial, team-based group
- Ready-made patient panel with APP support for clinic and care coordination
- Practice includes both inpatient and outpatient oncology care
- Multiple practice locations with options to work at sites without weekend coverage
- Culture focused on collaboration, communication, and physician sustainability
- Balanced call model with 1:6 weekday phone-only call
- 1:4 weekend morning call, with flexibility by site
- Patient volumes tailored to physician preferences
- Schedule designed to protect time outside of work
- Generous compensation structure - Very flexible based on what YOU WANT and NEED!
- 33 days of paid time off plus 11 paid holidays
- One week of CME with a $4,000 annual allowance
- Malpractice coverage with tail included
- Fellowship-trained and Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- Licensed or license-eligible in Kentucky
- Comfortable with both inpatient and outpatient oncology care
- Team-oriented approach and strong communication skills
