Why this Role is Unique

We are seeking a highly skilled Interventional Radiologist Physician to serve as the Founding Clinical Leader of our new, state‑of‑the‑art Office-Based Lab (OBL) in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this pivotal role, you will use your expert knowledge of imaging-guided procedures to diagnose and treat conditions related to mobility and chronic pain, directly impacting patients' quality of life and independence.

As a founding partner of this "New Model of Care," your impact will extend beyond the procedure room. We are looking for a clinician who is eager to spearhead the clinical success and market expansion of the facility from the ground up. You will act as our Clinical Ambassador, proactively engaging with the local medical community, educating referring physicians, and building the robust referral networks essential for a thriving practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide diagnosis, medical and surgical treatment, phlebology, venous and arterial therapy, treatments and diagnostics for various conditions of extremities.
  • Perform venous and other ablation procedures, peripheral arterial disease treatment, various musculoskeletal arteriograms, embolization and other procedures customarily performed within the scope of Interventional Radiology.
  • Provide post-procedure follow-up and continuity of care, document all procedures, diagnoses, treatments, and care provided for reference and billing purposes.
  • Ensure a high standard of patient care and safety at all times.
  • Serve as a clinical ambassador by building referral relationships with local physicians.
  • Partner with business development to grow the PAD (Peripheral Artery Disease) and TAME (Transcatheter Arterial Microembolization) programs.
  • Contribute to protocol development and standardization of emerging techniques.
Qualifications
  • MD or DO from an accredited institution.
  • Board-certified in Interventional Radiology.
  • Active, unrestricted State of Ohio medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Proven experience performing image-guided endovascular procedures.
  • Strong interest in outpatient-based interventional care.
  • Growth-oriented mindset with interest in mastering emerging techniques (e.g., TAME).
  • Collaborative leadership style with ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Excellent communication skills with patients, staff, and referring physicians.
