Position Highlights: Full Time | Employed position
• In-Patient setting | On-site service
• Adult caseload
• Collegial practice and care environment, supported by highly trained physicians, clinical staff, and administration

• Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations on new patients.
• Provide follow-up treatment and/or medication management for existing patients to maintain continuum of care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, clinical staff, and administration.
• Deliver care in an inpatient, on-site setting with an adult caseload.
• Participate in the call rotation as part of the scheduling requirements.
• Support the organization’s standards of ethical conduct and patient rights.

• Base salary

The Ridge Behavioral Health System is a licensed 110-bed hospital accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. It provides psychiatric (mental health) and chemical dependency (drug & alcohol) treatment to children, adolescents, and adults. Inpatient care is available 24/7; outpatient and partial hospitalization services are offered six days per week.
