The Associate Dean will be responsible for overseeing operational affairs, community engagement/strategic partnerships, and building/security operations. The role requires a strong leader who will direct and manage core internal functions including IT, capital projects, building improvements, and coordinating on finance and human resources matters while simultaneously driving the College's external impact through community engagement, public relations/marketing, continuing legal education programming, and alumni/donor relations.
This position is central to the College's mission in ensuring operational excellence, strategic plan implementation, and the advancement of student success, impact by faculty, and alumni/donor engagement. The role supervises key functional administrators and models professional standards for the College community.
The Associate Dean of Community Engagement & Operations position will permit the College of Law to continue alignment of its administrative structure in a way that maintains the time dedicated by regular teaching faculty to the classroom while fulfilling the College's administrative needs.
