QualificationsCandidates must possess an Illinois
PEL (Professional Educator License) and be registered in DuPage County
If you do not possess a n Illinois PEL (Professional Educator License), candidates must possess a Substitute Certificate and be registeredat theDuPage County Regional Office of Education.
