Position

Associate or Professor, College of Nursing – Lexington, KY. Full‑time, tenure‑track, faculty, open rank.

• Lead research initiatives addressing Kentucky’s major health concerns (cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, asthma).
• Secure and manage externally funded research as principal investigator.
• Teach at undergraduate and graduate levels, mentor students and early‑career scientists.
• Participate in service to the university, profession, and community‑engaged scholarship.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across campus.

• PhD in nursing or related field with a master’s degree in nursing (preferred).
• Strong record of collaborative extramural research, education, scholarship, and service to the profession.
• History of successful externally funded research as PI and a trajectory for continued funding.
• Active Kentucky license as a registered nurse or eligibility to obtain one.
• Evidence of grantsmanship and productivity in health‑related research.
