• Valid state cosmetology instructor license or certification as required by the state of Kentucky.

• Experience with curriculum development and instructional design.

• Develop and deliver lesson plans covering cosmetology theory, practical techniques, safety protocols, and state regulations.
• Instruct students in various cosmetology disciplines including hair cutting, coloring, styling, skincare, and nail care.
• Evaluate student performance through practical exams, written tests, and ongoing assessments to ensure mastery of skills.
