PHI adjunct faculty instructor, you will be required to teach assigned courses following the mode of instruction (In-person (two days per week), Hybrid (in person one day per week paired with online instruction), or standard online/asynchronous with no required in-person meetings).

Part-time faculty are needed for online and in person college classes and are paid at the rate of $800 per college credit hour. Qualifications for faculty vary according to subject area.

• Maintaining an updated gradebook on Blackboard
• Weekly announcements
• Timely communication with students throughout the semester

• Eighteen graduate hours in the teaching discipline and a Master’s degree, or a Master’s degree in the teaching discipline required.
• Instructors are required to complete training offered by the college.

Preference will be given to applicants with prior experience teaching online classes. BCTC uses the Blackboard Course Management System.
