FSL Associate Director for Education, Operations, and Risk Reduction

Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and student-centered leader to serve as the Associate Director for Education, Operations, and Risk Reduction. This highly impactful role is ideal for a professional who is energized by building innovative learning experiences, strengthening community standards, and shaping a thriving fraternity and sorority community where students can lead, grow, and succeed. The Associate Director will drive the development of educational initiatives, operational systems, and risk reduction strategies that elevate student learning, organizational effectiveness, and campus partnerships across the university.

Working closely with students, advisors, campus colleagues, and the Dean of Students leadership, this position offers the opportunity to influence campus culture, lead meaningful initiatives, and make a visible difference in the student experience. Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (40 hours per week). Frequent evening and weekend work. Daytime hours will be flexible to accommodate evening and weekend responsibilities.

Student Success will support students from early college outreach through graduation and beyond in living a life of meaning and purpose. From a student-centered framework, our practice will be grounded in peer-reviewed literature, national best practices, and data-informed decision-making. Collaborating with the campus and community, Student Success will work through a holistic lens to support a community of learners in achieving success.
