Job Summary
Fraternal Housing Coordinators (FHCs) work directly with a chapter as live-in house directors. This includes providing on-site monitoring of residential facilities by living full-time in the chapter residence, daily interaction with student members, student support in the chapter facility, and communication with various campus partners. In addition, the FHC works in the FSL Office through chapter coaching and event support, FSL presentations, and co-advising support for the FSL Community.
WorkHours & Availability
Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (40 hours per week). Frequent evening and weekend work. Daytime hours will be flexible to accommodate evening and weekend responsibilities. Live‑In position and serves in an on‑call rotation for chapter facilities within the FSL operations.
