Job Summary

UK Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement is looking for a qualified candidate for the Alumni Program Coordinator position. This role assists alumni engagement efforts through management and optimization of the Wildcat Network platform, supporting training, outreach, and collaboration with academic colleges and campus partners. Responsibilities include overseeing platform functionality, user experience, digital mentorship initiatives, and the Big Blue Business Directory to strengthen alumni connections and engagement.

The role also supports strategic alumni engagement initiatives, including project management, volunteer programs, targeted outreach, and special project opportunities. The incumbent will assist with engagement tracking across platforms, events, and volunteer activities, while monitoring key performance indicators and supporting reporting aligned with CASE Alumni Engagement Metrics.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize the Wildcat Network platform.
  • Provide training and support to alumni and staff on platform use.
  • Coordinate digital mentorship initiatives.
  • Maintain and update the Big Blue Business Directory.
  • Project manage alumni engagement projects and initiatives.
  • Support volunteer program coordination and outreach.
  • Track engagement metrics and report on performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (BA) required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with digital engagement platforms.
  • Experience in project management, stakeholder collaboration, and reporting.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
Physical Requirements

Sitting for long periods of time, occasional lifting and pulling of objects up to 20 lbs.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.

- 5:00 p.m., with occasional nights and weekends.
