Required Qualifications
  • Ph.D. in Statistics or a closely related field by the time of appointment.
Responsibilities
  • 75% Instruction:
    Teach undergraduate courses in Statistics and Data Science.
  • 15% Collaborative and Undergraduate Research:
    Engage in applied or collaborative research involving undergraduate students.
  • 10% Service:
    Contribute to departmental and university service activities.
  • Mentoring Statistics and Data Science majors.
  • Facilitating experiential learning and coordinating co‑curricular programming.
  • Acting as the primary liaison to the Predictive Analytics and Data Science (PADS) Hub.
  • Supporting initiatives related to high‑impact learning, such as real‑world projects and internships.
