Compensation & Location

• $100,000 annual W2 salary, distributed weekly; full health, dental, and vision coverage begins day one
• On‑campus role at Alpha K-8 schools in Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ;
  Oklahoma City, OK;
  Tulsa, OK;
  Nashville, TN;
  Austin, TX;
  Brownsville, TX;

  Park City, UT (greater Salt Lake City area) — relocation assistance available

• Facilitate one‑hour life‑skills workshops for K‑8 cohorts covering public speaking, focus, feedback, and other foundational competencies, modifying the standard playbook and creating new sessions when content gaps are identified.
• Conduct daily individual and small‑group motivation sessions to ensure every student reaches 100% of their weekly app goals, leveraging Coachbot analytics and Alpha’s incentive structures.
• Deliver the Test2
  
  Pass mastery‑based assessment for each life skill, coaching students who fall short until they achieve passing performance.
• Adjust coaching approach across a broad developmental spectrum from kindergarteners to eighth graders.
• Serve as the adult upholding rigorous standards while earning students’ trust through warmth and challenge.

• Delivering whiteboard‑based instruction; academic content is embedded in the applications.
• Creating curriculum from scratch; you animate an established playbook through facilitation.
• Passively monitoring students on computers; motivation is direct and relational.
• Reducing a weekly target to enable a student to meet it; intervention addresses effort, not the standard.
• Scoring assignments, preparing standardized test materials, or managing parent outreach;
  Campus Leads handle family communication.

• Available for in‑person work at any listed Alpha campus; relocation support offered.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience working with K-8 students (classroom instruction, coaching, tutoring, camp leadership, or youth program management).
• Concrete example you can articulate of motivating a K-8 student toward a challenging objective.
• Comfort with AI managing instructional delivery while you focus on motivation and life‑skills development.
• Regular use of generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude).
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

• Background in youth sports coaching, debate, camp direction, theater, or after‑school programming with measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrated record of high personal achievement reflecting sustained commitment to rigorous standards.
• Narrative and presentation skills sufficient to engage a room of 12‑year‑olds for an hour.
• History of converting disengaged or resistant learners into committed participants.
