We invite applications for one open rank tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level within the School of Information Sciences (SIS). The position is open to applicants from various fields including information science, information management, data science, and library science. We seek candidates whose work advances scholarly agendas in their fields, complements our faculty’s strengths, delivers excellent instruction to students, and has a record of achievement that will continue to support our community engagement mission.

Position OverviewReporting to the Associate Dean of SIS and serving as an advisor to SIS students, the faculty member will perform research and teach in one or more of the following areas: information management and ethics, data analytics, cybersecurity, web development, and database management. Candidates are expected to contribute to the growing and dynamic online teaching environment and to teach one of the SIS core courses.
