This includes implementing provided lesson plans, managing student behavior, fostering a positive learning atmosphere, adapting to different subjects and grade levels, and communicating with staff and students. Complete a criminal background check and a CAN Registry Check (Child Abuse and Neglect) which involves a fee.
* 64 College Credit Hours required for Substitute Teacher Positions. Must also complete the Emergency Substitute Teacher Certificate each current school year.
