This role is dedicated to fostering a safe, structured, and collaborative learning environment by balancing active student supervision with essential instructional and administrative support. Key responsibilities include assisting individual students and small groups with learning tasks, preparing materials, and maintaining consistent classroom routines, alongside supervising students during critical transition periods such as lunch, recess, arrival, and dismissal. The candidate serves as a liaison between staff, parents, and students, manages clerical duties, operates instructional equipment, and participates in required district training to ensure overall operational excellence.
