Western Buckeye Educational Service Center (ESC), located in Paulding, Ohio, provides educational services to school districts in Paulding and Van Wert counties in Northwest Ohio.

The Western Buckeye ESC is seeking a Preschool Director Assistant for the  school year. The role supports program administration, student enrollment, family engagement, staff coordination, compliance, and office management while working closely with preschool staff, families, and community partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer‑service oriented, and committed to supporting high‑quality early childhood education in a collaborative, child‑centered environment.
