Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent and 2 years of professional experience
Position SummaryThe Career Coach Manager reports to and works under the strategic direction of the Associate Director of Corporate Engagement, serving as a high-level personnel supervisor and operational strategist within the USS team. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this role serves as the primary strategic liaison between USS and assigned academic departments, driving comprehensive relationship management with corporate employers, students, and alumni.
Key ResponsibilitiesCrucially, this position carries direct supervisory authority over full-time personnel and is charged with workforce planning, scaling operational processes, and architecting the onboarding, training, and performance evaluation frameworks for expanding career coaching verticals as college and departmental needs grow.
