Instructional Designer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop training strategy and plan.
  • Create training documents (process diagrams, standards, videos, user manuals).
  • Conduct "Training Requirements Analysis" with respect to the new platform rollout.
  • Design the training curriculum and plan.
  • Lead the (Lexmark) offshore for training development aligned to plan and curriculum.
  • Liaise with Lexmark and SME for review and signoff.
  • Facilitate train the trainer sessions with support from SME.

    • Qualifications:

    • Instructional design experience
    • Good communications skills
    • Experience with training development tools like Adobe Captivate or Storyline 360 is a plus.
