Program Coordinator II

The Living-Learning Program Coordinator supports the development and implementation of selected Living-Learning Programs within the Office of Residence Life. The coordinator supervises LLP Peer Mentors; plans, implements, and assesses co-curricular learning experiences; supports student recruitment, application, selection, and placement processes; and contributes to program assessment and continuous improvement. Working collaboratively with Residence Life colleagues, academic partners, enrollment-management offices, and other campus stakeholders, the coordinator helps create residential learning communities that foster belonging, learning, student engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

The position primarily supports centralized LLPs, which may include Audre Lorde, CI Connect, International Village, and the Transfer Year Experience. Program assignments may evolve based on departmental priorities and student needs. Student Success will, from the time of early college outreach to graduation and beyond, support students in living a life of meaning and purpose. From a student-centered framework, our practice will be grounded in peer-reviewed literature, national best practices, and data-informed decision making.

Collaborating with the campus and community, Student Success will work through a holistic lens to support a community of learners in achieving success.
