Assistant or Associate Professor of Public Policy and Nonprofit Management
The Martin School of Public Policy and Administration at the University of Kentucky invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in Public and Nonprofit Management, open to appointment at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank. We welcome applicants working in any major area of public and nonprofit management, including but not limited to organizational behavior, human resource management, nonprofit governance, nonprofit finance, behavioral public administration, and collaborative or networked governance.
Junior applicants are expected to demonstrate a promising research agenda and the potential for excellence in graduate and undergraduate teaching and mentoring. For appointment at the Associate Professor rank, applicants should have an established record of high-quality peer-reviewed research, effective graduate and/or undergraduate teaching and mentoring, and a demonstrated capacity for leadership in the field. This is a 9-month appointment to begin August 1, 2027.
