We are seeking a Licensed Land Surveyor or a Surveyor close to licensure in the state of Kentucky, with strong CAD expertise, to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects while providing technical expertise and leadership in surveying operations.
Key Responsibilities- Perform boundary, topographic, construction, and ALTA/NSPS surveys
- Prepare, review, and finalize survey plats, maps, and drawings using CAD software
- Analyze field data to ensure accuracy and compliance with Kentucky regulations
- Research deeds, plats, and legal documents to establish property boundaries
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and field crews
- Ensure all work complies with state surveying standards and local regulations
- Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in Kentucky or actively pursuing licensure
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD / Carlson Preferrered
- Solid understanding of surveying principles, methods, and legal requirements
- Experience with modern surveying equipment and technology
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with land development, commercial, or infrastructure projects
- Strong communication and organizational skills
