Description
Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control, Special Operations Forces Global Logistics Support Services (SOFGLSS) contract, located in Lexington, KY, is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and complete modifications on various military vehicle and aircraft platforms in support of the warfighter.
Citizenship and ClearanceThis position requires a U.S. citizen with a government security clearance at the Secret level. The role is located at a facility that requires special access and direct support of a U.S. government contract.

Basic Qualifications- Experience with 3D parametric modeling in CATIA, Solid Works or similar software.
- Experience with creation, review, and approval of engineering change documentation.
- Experience creating ANSI/ASME Y14.100 compliant drawings.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working in an aerospace environment.
- Experience with Catia V5, Creo, Solid Works or other 3D parametric modeling program.
Part‑time remote telework: the employee selected for this position will work part of the schedule remotely and part at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Non‑standard 40‑hour work week may be assigned by leadership.
