Description
Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control, Special Operations Forces Global Logistics Support Services (SOFGLSS) contract, located in Lexington, KY, is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and complete modifications on various military vehicle and aircraft platforms in support of the warfighter.
Responsibilities- Experience with 3D parametric modeling in CATIA, Solid Works or similar software.
- Experience with creation, review, and approval of engineering change documentation.
- Experience creating ANSI/ASME Y14.100 compliant drawings.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the U.S. Special Operations Forces – Global Logistics Support Services contract and the associated mission.
- Experience with 3D parametric modeling in CATIA, Solid Works or similar software.

Working
Schedule:
Non‑standard 40‑hour work week as assigned by leader. Part‑time remote telework may be part of the schedule.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position requires a government security clearance, and is in direct support of a U.S. government contract that requires a company‑sponsored clearance to start.
Security Clearance Level: Secret.
