The successful candidate will possess a Master's degree in Civil Engineering, with a Ph.D. preferred, and at least fifteen years of engineering experience. This is a leadership role requiring excellent communication and project management skills.

The position based in Lexington, Kentucky, includes travel within the U.S. and Canada.
