- Implement and support manufacturing technologies in serial production
- Improve manufacturing processes, standards, and productivity
- Support new product launches and production readiness activities
- Analyze KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain work instructions, routings, and process documentation
- Prepare equipment specifications, feasibility studies, and supplier requirements
- Support audits, training, equipment releases, and cross-functional projects
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
- 5-7 years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in automotive
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, PLCs/HMIs, and troubleshooting
- Experience with lean manufacturing, quality tools, APQP, and project management
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
