Katalyst CRO is seeking an experienced engineer to design an assembly line. You will calculate demand, balance stations, and create capex plans, while updating AutoCAD details to implement the line. Ergonomics and work cell spacing must be optimized, with attention to tooling, utilities, and lean principles.
You will review workflows, balance takt time, and coordinate with production teams. Automotive/heavy equipment background and strong Excel/AutoCAD skills are preferred for this role.
