- Shift: Weekdays between 8:00 am 5:00 pm, afternoons and evenings, weekends

- Greeting and assisting patrons in person, by phone, and via email with ticket purchases, exchanges, and general inquiries.
- Accurately process ticket orders, payments, refunds, and reservations using the theatre's ticketing system Ludus.
- Provide clear and friendly information about performances, seating, pricing, promotions, and policies.
- Assist with retail sales.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth patron experience.
- Support theatre marketing by distributing marketing collateral to patrons and capturing special moments of the patron experience to share with community stakeholders.
- Assist at promotional events or theatre performances as needed.
- Assist in other marketing and development initiatives as needed.
Passion for strong writing and verbal communication skills, detail‑oriented, organized, and willing to take initiative and jump in when things get busy! Comfortable working independently and collaboratively. Must be available for on‑site work during morning and afternoon weekdays and/or afternoon and evening weekend hours.
Preferred Education / Experience- Previous customer service experience, passion for theatre, the arts, or arts education.
- Fine Arts, Theatre Arts, Arts Administration, or Early Childhood Education preferred.
