Role and Interaction with Players: Welcome and assist players with check‑in and reservations, ensuring they have all the information they need to enjoy their Topgolf experience.
Game & Equipment Support: Provide detailed information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions, and assist players with golf clubs and equipment.
Venue Maintenance: Keep the venue clean, organized, and inviting, tidying up the retail area and offering helpful guidance to players.
Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

Physical Requirements- Lift and move items up to 50 lbs., including golf bags with clubs across multiple floor levels
- Stay on feet for most of the shift and be comfortable walking, bending and stooping
- Endurance to keep up with high‑volume work and a can‑do attitude
