Bowl Attendant

Overview

At Main Event, the Bowl Attendant sets the stage for our Guests by providing a warm welcome and serving as their information source for all activities and specials. The role requires high energy, helpfulness, and knowledge to guide Guests through our offerings and ensure a fun, memorable experience while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage with all Guests as an ambassador of fun.
• Promote and recommend activities based on Guest needs and availability.
• Troubleshoot and handle lane malfunction calls.
• Issue and clean bowling shoes; maintain shoe organization.
• Escort Guests to their lane and assist with lane setup and ball selection.
• Enforce all bowling safety standards.
• Process payment transactions and welcome Guests back.
• Maintain a clean and organized Bowl Desk and/or lanes; complete side duties.

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus, but not required.
• Guest‑focused mindset.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Ability to learn and utilize multiple business support systems.
• Effective communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.

• Salary: $7.25 – $11 per hour.
