We are searching for an energetic, wildly organized, and positive Front Counter Assistant to be the welcoming face of our front office and the ultimate engine driving our shop workflow!

• Be the Ultimate Host:
  Roll out the red carpet for every client. Keep our front office sparkling clean, welcoming, and stocked with awesome snacks and drinks!
• Deliver 5-Star Service:
  Support our Service Advisors by answering phones with a smile, booking appointments, replying to texts/emails, and following up with clients to ensure total satisfaction.
• Be a Parts Pro:
  Order, check-in, and stage parts in designated bins so our master technicians never miss a beat. You'll handle receiving, managing cores, and prepping daily fluids.
• Master 'The Walker Way':
  Track repair orders, keep detailed system notes, update clients on vehicle status, and jump in to help wherever needed - shuttling a client home to hunting down a specialty part.

• Customer-First Spirit: 1+ years in sales, customer service, or automotive parts with a proven passion for connecting with people.
• Master Multi-Tasker:
  Top-tier organizational skills to handle the hustle and bustle of a fast-paced, distraction-filled shop without breaking a sweat!
• Stellar Communicator:
  Exceptional phone voice, fluent written/spoken English, and strong negotiation skills when dealing with vendors.
• Tech-Savvy:
  Comfortable with Windows PCs, typing 30+ WPM, email/office software, and learning shop management tech (bonus points for Tekmetric experience!).
• On the Move:
  Ability to get in/out of various vehicles, lift parts, and possess a valid driver's license with a clean record to drive our shuttle.
