Lex Live is seeking an organized Event Coordinator to plan and execute events across our venue. This part-time hourly role involves collaborating with restaurant, bar, bowling, theatres, arcade, and event spaces to deliver memorable guest experiences.
You'll manage client communications, create customized event packages, coordinate timelines, food and beverage orders, staffing, and AV needs, and ensure accurate contracts and billing. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is preferred.
