Summary:

Responsible for clerical functions, assisting Human Resources Director and Non-Profit Coordinator, & assisting other departments with event staffing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer telephones and direct inquiries in a professional and client centric manner.
• Assist with staffing, including finding staff when employees call out on short notice.
• Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, school personnel, administrators, student's parents and Supervisor.
• Enter weekly cash sales and meal counts using computer.
• Assist Non-Profit Coordinator in maintaining correct documentation and requirements.
• Assist all departments in event check-in of employees, sub-contractors, and volunteers.
• Assist Human Resources Director in developing staffing requirements.
• Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
