Salary & Compensation

$115,000-$125,000

Pay Grade: 14

As an Operations Controller, you will be responsible for accounting activities within assigned account(s) and assisting the Regional Director of Finance with all aspects of financial activity within the region.

• Oversee all cash handling procedures
• Perform reconciliation and analysis for several balance sheet accounts
• Analyze financial results for internal and external use
• Track and maintain monthly profit & loss and balance sheet activity
• Develop forecasts and budgets, identifying risks and opportunities
• Review general ledger and balance sheets
• Resolve various accounting/reconciliation issues
• Complete financial reports: monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including fiscal close, internal and external audit reporting; manage report preparation and distribution
• Maintain inventory and cost control procedures
• Administer payroll and human resource duties
• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of five years’ experience in revenue control, financial reporting, and cash handling
• Accounting experience in food service or retail industry required; food service operations experience a plus
• Ability to prepare monthly financial statements, key metric reports, budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and analyses
• Adept at planning, organizing, and controlling complex processes and analyzing moderately complex financial information
• Experience with POS, cash, and credit card reports
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Skilled at managing multiple priorities and relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with a concentration in Excel
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment
