Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Fiduciaryx Change, by AmericanTCS, provides complete Fiduciary governance to inspire participants to save for a dignified retirement defining a retirement plan standard of excellence. This position will be responsible for completing transactions, such as loans, hardship, termination distributions, QDROs, RMDs, and In-service distribution. They will follow a 7 step protocol to make sure the transaction is accurate and to prevent fraud.
The position requires direct contact and interaction with participants.
Location:
The ideal candidate will be located in our Cordova, TN or Lexington, KY office and will work in a hybrid model, 3 days per week in office. Remote candidates may also be considered.
- Responds to Plan Sponsor questions or co-ordinates with service providers
- Maintains the ATCSF Admin system contact changes
- Ongoing daily monitoring of support and team emails
- Assists in overseeing plan sponsor service requests
- Completes annual and interim notices and disclosures
- Assist with Audit and YE Compliance Data Collection
- Force out monitoring and processing
- Bachelor’s or Associate Degree
- At least 2 years of qualified plan experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Qualified plan document experience would be a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks within established timeframe
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, preferred. Being familiar with Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat a plus.
Compensation will be comprised of a base salary and an opportunity to qualify for bonus(es) or commissions. Edge Co Holdings' benefit package includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, PTO and 401(k) match (after applicable waiting periods).
