Director of Hospital Collections, A/R, A/P, Finance, BS

Full‑time position.

Director of Receivables, Collections, Finance, and Accounting Services for multi‑facility operations.

Responsibilities and qualifications include:

• Advanced knowledge of healthcare A/R, collections, insurance, and appeals.
• Advanced understanding of compliance guidelines.
• Advanced knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of hospital‑based operations related to the revenue cycle, including Health Information Management, Patient Access, Clinical Quality/Case Management, Management Information Systems, Accounting, and Finance.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Intermediate writing skills.
• Ability to provide advanced customer service.
• Ability to train, mentor, and coach staff.

Must haves:

• Strong leadership in a multi‑facility role within a hospital setting.
• Strong accomplishments and a steady work history.

Education:

BS degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Health Administration.

Experience:

5 to 7 years as Director or Manager in a hospital setting, responsible for A/R, Collections, A/P, and Revenue Cycle Management with multi‑facility responsibility.

Travel:
Travel to various locations required.
