The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing the company's financial and operational strategy. This role focuses on financial discipline, liquidity, capital stewardship, and long-term financial resilience. The CFO serves as a trusted thought partner to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, providing data-driven insights to support enterprise strategy, growth decisions, and disciplined execution.
Essential functions include:
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with growth, margin, and capital objectives.
- Lead long-range planning, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and enterprise risk management.
- Oversee annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and multi-year financial plans.
- Provide timely, actionable financial reporting and profitability analysis to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP, along with strong internal controls and compliance.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, working capital, banking relationships, and credit facilities.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team.
- Drive improvements in ERP systems, reporting tools, and data analytics capabilities.
- Oversee cost accounting, variance analysis, and operational finance initiatives to improve efficiency and margins.
- Partner with operations and supply chain teams to optimize costs, procurement, and capital investments.
- Support capital planning, M&A due diligence, and board-level financial presentations.
- Directly supervise the finance and accounting team.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis.
- Ability to interpret mathematical and statistical data for business decisions.
Required education and experience includes:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including manufacturing or capital-intensive operations.
