Role PurposeIt is our mission for the Financial Representative to have rewarding interactions with clients. As a subject matter specialist in compliance and all front lobby transactions, you will partner and contribute to branch success by identifying opportunities to deepen relationships.
Qualifications & Expertise- Customer service, phone, or financial services experience
- Banking, insurance, or financial experience
- Will support learning the FINRA licensing material and obtaining Series 7 and 66 licenses
- Degree and/or other professional certifications are helpful; tuition reimbursement available if needed

- Superb interpersonal skills and passion to engage with clients
- Ability to assess client needs and identify opportunities
- Remarkable attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks

Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout. Some roles and locations currently require 100% onsite presence; others require less. Onsite expectations may evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
