PCO Program Cost Lead - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract

Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made. We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi‑billion‑dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a PCO Program Cost Lead to join the team and help deliver this world‑class program.

What You’ll Do
  • Consolidate project cost data into a single program‑level view of budget, forecast, estimate at completion, commitments, actuals, contingency and funding position.
  • Review and challenge project‑level cost forecasts, assumptions, estimate‑to‑complete positions and variance drivers to ensure consistency and credibility.
  • Monitor contingency drawdown and ensure alignment with program‑level risk exposure, approved governance and forecast confidence.
  • Identify cross‑project cost trends, systemic issues, recurring cost drivers, funding risks and potential overruns.
  • Interface with Project Controls Leads to ensure cost data submissions are complete, validated, consistent and aligned with program reporting requirements before PMO consolidation.
What You’ll Need
  • Extensive experience in cost control, cost management, forecasting and financial analysis on large capital projects.
  • Experience working in program‑level or multi‑project cost consolidation and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of EAC, ETC, variance analysis, commitments, contingency management, cash flow, funding requirements and forecast confidence.
  • Ability to independently review and challenge project cost forecasts, assumptions and variance explanations.
  • Experience integrating cost data with schedule, risk and change information.
  • Experience with Oracle Unifier or equivalent cost management systems.
