You will develop lending strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee a team of Home Loan Officers and Senior Home Loan Officers while collaborating with branches and other departments.
You will monitor loan portfolios, assess applications, manage risk, and drive customer relationships through strong leadership, analytics, and knowledge of lending practices.
