Sales Finance Analyst

The Sales Finance Analyst supports the sales organization by analyzing sales performance, pricing, promotions, and customer profitability. This role provides clear financial insights that help sales leaders make informed decisions. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Sales insights — Provide timely financial analysis on customer profitability, pricing, promotions, and dealer incentives.
• POS reporting — Review POS data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Bid evaluation — Analyze dealer and product bids using financial models and recommend actions.
• Reporting — Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting for sales leadership.
• Variance analysis — Compare results to budget, forecast, and prior year; explain key drivers.
• Budget support — Partner with sales management during annual planning.
• Forecasting — Support monthly forecast updates and scenario modeling.
• Respond independently to ad hoc financial requests.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve sales performance and profitability.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4–6 years of financial analysis experience.
