Non QM Mortgage Specialist (leads provided

I'm looking to partner with an experienced Ohio-licensed mortgage loan officer whose strength is Non-QM lending
.

Here's the situation:

My business is heavily focused on VA loans and most of my business is generated direct to consumer on my website,

I get leads for many different mortgage programs but my real passion is the VA space. I'm trying to get out of Non-QM completely and want to refer those out.

What I'm looking for:

• Extensive Non-QM knowledge and experience
• Currently licensed in Ohio or willing to add Ohio
• Self-motivated and responsive
• Able to meet Edge Home Finance's production requirement of at least one closed loan per month and is already closing at least a loan a month. This will be verified on Model Match.
• Someone who genuinely enjoys solving complex financing scenarios

This isn't a cold-calling role or a lead generation position. I'll be referring opportunities that make sense for Non-QM financing, and I'm looking for someone who will take excellent care of those clients while helping us grow together.

This is W2, 100% commission, 6 figure opportunity
