Building & Facilities Supervisor

• Support the Capital Management Committee by gathering requests, evaluating projects, and providing alternatives and recommendations for capital funding approvals
• Create business cases and collaborate with various functions; lead reviews with key stakeholders
• Work with cross-functional teams to conduct feasibility studies and financial analyses, including ROIC, IRR, and Payback
• Evaluate projects for procedural compliance and accuracy; review requirements and discrepancies with project owners
• Submit and present project alternatives and make recommendations to the Capital Committee
• Balance multiple projects to meet stakeholder goals and expectations
• Monitor and track monthly capital expenditures
• Prepare and distribute reports
• Analyze data for trends and discrepancies
• Reconcile reports with budgets

• Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
• Financial acumen and understanding of metrics such as NPV, ROIC, IRR, and Payback Period

• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms and model evaluation

• Experience with emerging AI technologies to integrate AI systems into existing workflows
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Logistics, MBA, or related field

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Add-ins programs including Power Query, and Power BI

Demonstrates strong financial acumen with expertise in metrics such as NPV, ROIC, IRR, and Payback Period, alongside the ability to analyze data for trends and discrepancies. Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams to create business cases and evaluate projects for compliance and accuracy.
