Position: Part-Time Beauty Specialist

Schedule: Flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

As a Beauty Specialist, you'll transform shopping into an elevated beauty experience by:

Curating personalized skincare, makeup, fragrance, and wellness recommendations

Performing luxurious product demonstrations with exceptional hygiene standards

Designing customized beauty routines featuring the world's most prestigious beauty brands

Booking appointments and creating excitement around exclusive in-store events

Growing client loyalty through thoughtful follow-ups, clienteling, and social engagement

Continuing your education through luxury brand trainings and expert vendor partnerships

Collaborating with your team to exceed sales goals while creating an inspiring boutique atmosphere

Supporting merchandising, inventory, and daily boutique operations with excellence

Has experience in luxury beauty or prestige cosmetics (preferred)

Is passionate about luxury skincare, makeup, fragrance, and wellness

Brings positive energy, curiosity, and a desire to continuously learn
