Radiology Supervisor

Bluegrass Orthopaedics is hiring a Radiology Supervisor for our radiology department in Lexington, Ky.

As a Radiology Supervisor for Bluegrass Orthopaedics, you will oversee the radiology department. This department includes all X-Ray and MRI techs. Your job duties include operating imaging equipment and performing diagnostic x-rays as applicable on patients as ordered by physician, evaluate radiographs for technical quality, assisting physician with imaging procedures, and maintaining up to date knowledge of field using continuing education and in-service.

The Radiology Supervisor will also maintain a safe, orderly work area and practice safety factors as well as perform other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor. The Radiology Supervisor reports to the Clinical Director.

This is a Monday-Friday positions with no call, no nights/weekends, and no holidays.

Bluegrass Orthopaedics has been serving Central and Southeastern Kentucky for over 25 years. Job Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Completion of accredited radiology program/ARRT registered.
• Demonstrated skill on computer input and personal computer operation.
• Ability to follow instructions by medical provider for diagnostic imaging.
• Exceptional patient care skills.
