This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lexington, KY, for the Director of Operations. The Director of Operations will split their time between TWO office locations and will oversee daily operational activities, implement and refine organizational workflows, and ensure efficient use of resources. Responsibilities include managing teams, overseeing budgets, and improving customer service processes to enhance client experiences. This leader will also analyze operational performance and develop strategies to improve efficiency and support the organization’s mission of providing trauma-informed care.
Qualifications- Strong proficiency in Operations Management and experience in developing and streamlining workflows
- MUST possess billing and credentialing experience as this will be an essential job function for this position
- Highly developed Analytical Skills, with an ability to assess operational data and implement improvements
- Proven expertise in Team Management, with a focus on motivating and leading diverse teams
- Experience in financial management, including Budgeting and cost optimization
- Outstanding Customer Service skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with mental health or healthcare industries is a plus
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is required, Organizational Management, or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred
