As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with Wonder Star ABA, you will play a vital role in developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conducting assessments, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success. You will maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, while fostering a supportive environment that promotes personal growth and professional development.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support
  • Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
  • Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Requirements
  • Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • COBA in the state of Ohio
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
Compensation and Schedule
  • Pay Range: $60 - $85/hour
  • Full-Time: XX hours/week or Part-Time Available
  • Shifts:

    Flexible, based on your availability
