Position: Travel MRI Technologist - $2,178 per week - 1464591

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Lexington, Kentucky. The role involves performing MRI examinations on a 12‑hour shift schedule, ensuring patient safety and imaging quality while working in a hospital setting.

Qualifications
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
  • ARRT, ARMRIT, or CAMRT registration
  • Experience with Philips MRI Systems
  • Current state license (if applicable)
  • BLS certification required
  • At least 2 years of recent MRI technologist experience in a hospital or imaging center
  • Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and patient‑care skills
Contract Details
  • Salary: $1,980–$2,178 per week (based on 36 hours per week)
  • Duration: 13 weeks (possible extension)
  • Shift: 12‑hour, days
  • Employment type:

    Travel contract
  • Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform MRI examinations following physician orders and imaging protocols
  • Ensure patient safety, comfort, and accurate positioning during scans
  • Operate and maintain MRI equipment, reporting any technical issues
  • Review images for clarity, accuracy, and diagnostic quality
  • Maintain patient records and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
  • Follow all safety procedures related to magnetic fields and contrast administration
