Experience with interventional neuro, vascular, CT/US guided procedures
Knowledge of image acquisition, supplies, and equipment operation with single and bi-plane units
Experience with EPIC charting system
Description:
This position requires working four 10-hour shifts from Monday to Friday with a rotating day off each week.
The day off is typically following a call shift.
Expect to manage 1 to 2 call shifts per week and one weekend shift every six weeks.
Responsibilities include assisting the physician with various interventional procedures such as neuro and vascular interventions.
Preferred experience includes working with EPIC and Siemens equipment and McKesson PACS.
Candidates must have first assist scrub experience along with circulating skills.
Candidates are expected to be proficient in filming and charging exams in an electronic medical record system.
A strong foundation in venous access, angiograms, and stroke thrombectomy is essential.
Applicants should also possess advanced level knowledge of interventional radiology techniques.
All candidates must adhere to the required call schedule and response time policy.
Floating to nearby facilities may be required.
Experience with catheter/drain exchanges, stent placements, and various imaging techniques is necessary.
Additional skills in advanced interventional procedures are preferred.
