Clinical Director- Therapeutic Rehabilitation Program; TRP

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical and operational management, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Supervises staff, leads treatment teams, and promotes a collaborative, client-centered environment.
• Conducts assessments, provides counseling, and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Ensures accurate documentation and adherence to standards such as CARF and DBHDID.
• Participates in program development, quality improvement, and strategic planning.
• Maintains professional knowledge and represents the program in legal settings if needed.

Qualifications include active LCSW or LPCC licensure in KY, with experience in behavioral health preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. The role requires in-person work based in Hopkinsville, KY, with benefits including health insurance and paid time off.
